Fairway offer professional commercial cleaning services, specialising in office/industrial, sanitisation and machine cleaning. We work with a range of suppliers to provide tailored cleaning equipment and materials to be applied to your premises.
Since our inception 20 years ago, Fairway has prided itself on its exceptional Customer Service. Our team of mobile cleaners are ready to step in at any moments notice, and the phone line of one of our Directors is always available should any urgent needs arise. We always have one of our Supervisors or Operations Directors check in regularly with you to make sure you are happy with the standard of our cleaning.

OUR SERVICES
OFFICE CLEANING
Fairway specialise in individual bespoke office cleaning, and clean over half a million square feet of offices daily. We have a customer focused management team that perform monthly quality audits to make sure that we are meeting your requirements to the best of our abilities. Furthermore, we never tie our customers into long term contracts; we are so sure you will be happy with the standard of our service that we are happy to work on a monthly rolling basis.
THE NEXT LEVEL OF CLEAN
ULV (ULTRA LOW VOLUME) FOGGING
Whole area fogging fills an area with a sanitising chemical, which floats in the air, removing airborne pathogens, and then settles on to surfaces, neutralising pathogens with contact.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY SANITISATION
For areas less suited to whole area sanitisation, local spray sanitisation can be applied, also utilising a fine mist but with a larger particle size which does not linger in the air.
ZOONO SURFACE SANITISATION
We work with one of our suppliers, Zoono, to bring the latest surface protection formula to your premises, helping to keep critical touch points and surfaces protected for longer.
CLEANING DONE, THE FAIR WAY
RE-FLOW
With the Re-flow app, a before and after of every job is filed through our system and we log exactly when, for how long, where and how we have completed our work for you.
MONTHLY QUALITY AUDITS
We have one of our Directors or Supervisors perform Documented Monthly Quality Audits to make sure we are performing to our high standards and to give all our customers peace of mind that their cleaning is being well taken cared of.
NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS
At Fairway we are so confident that you will be satisfied with our service we never tie you into long term contracts, happy to perform on a monthly rolling basis instead.
CERTIFIED SAFE CONTRACTOR
Fairway is a Certified Alcumus SafeContractor and all our staff are COSSH Trained, giving you peace of mind that we carry out our services to the highest standards of safety and regulation.
